Your dealer lied to me and Took ADVANTAGE of my disability kept me lock into the dealer office pressure me and my mother until12:30am to sign an contract until I sign. Lied and told me it was to late to even leave. Yall use aggressive sales tactics to someone who suffers with a learning disability. Yall should be truly ashamed of yourself. You guys switch numbers around and played with my financial situation. Lied about my oil changes and warranty lied to my face about every thing. over charge the car about 9 thousand over the book value of the car for a car I clearly didnt want. The car was woth 15 thousand you changed me 26 thousand. Did the paperwork 3 or 4 times while we kept fighting our sleep. My mom ask couple of times to leave and come back.You guys use up sales pressure to get people a deal. At 12:30 am in the morning. I am meeting the media local news tomorrow afternoon. Also the attorney general office has called me back. You guys did a lot of misleading to me. Next step is the mva.They lied on my financial application. About how much I make and how much I pay rent. Ive clearly even ask for a used car maybe a 2017 or something. The sales person clearly told me no they did have one. Right to my face. The next day I looked they had EXACTLY WHAT I ASK FOR TO THE T FOR THE *** PRICE I CIULD AFFORD. s so yes Volkswagen as a brand care more about sales and commissions of a brand new car instead of putting you ina car you can afford. ima about to be out on my *** because I have to choose to pay this $500 monthly bill over living in my house. Tha is a lot Volkswagen. I have a learning disability and yall took completely ADVANTAGE of me. I was very clear about how much I could afford and what type of car I wanted. You care more about making money in your business then actually people. You guys cannot fabbern to understand what type of financial situation you put me in. The GM was nice could be an act . But he offered to throw in leather seats because I've clearly told them from the beginning that's what I was looking for. But the fact remains I CANNOT AFFORD THIS DAM CAR. TOLD CLEARLY SAID THAT. sales sales sales sales all this brand think a bbn out. Facebook Twitter news channels there are many resources to let the world knows how you guys treat black women with learning disabilities. Only cowards how to behave in such a way. Cars sale itself . I wont ever buy from this brand again. Even if you gave me a free car. Consumer protection makes misleading very clear. Any one who will listen I'm talking to. I work so dam hard to have a better life and yall TOOKEN ADVANTAGE of me I've called an left to many complaints. And you guys leave all the power into the dealership.
